## Description
|
|
> Pokémon Inclement Emerald is a Pokémon GBA rom hack based on Pokémon Emerald. This rom hack intends to offer a modern, more challenging take on the Hoenn region and is full of quality-of-life improvements, new systems that streamline Pokémon training, and extra events that should make things more interesting. According to the creator, it started out as a binary hack back in 2018, and has since been redone from scratch using the pokeemerald decompilation project.
