build-romhack-vault.py generates pokemon-romhack-vault/: one note per hack (YAML properties + tags + summary + links), an Index MOC (Dataview + static table), a Types taxonomy, and per-platform MOCs. Dataset is the single source of truth — edit + re-run to extend.
