Research how lists, tasks, and notes should work together; deliver proposal/ADR only.

Background / current behavior

Mental model today: notes = fridge stickies (wifi password, tickets); lists/tasks = anything with a checkbox. Some work needs both (e.g. home-improvement ideas with discussion and checkable tasks). Comments (design #9 / #30) may help.

Expected behavior

Written proposal (ADR or design doc) with options — linking, convertibility, combined projects concept, comments-everywhere — and a recommendation. Not code.

Acceptance criteria

Options documented with trade-offs
Recommendation recorded
Related to #30 (comments) and lists/notes modules

P3 (research). Deliverable is a proposal, not implementation.
