Per-user journal with mood tracking, insights, and calendar of entry days.

Scope

Per-user journal: recent 5–10 entries, browse all, calendar of entry days. Entry fields: date/time (required), rich text, stress, multi mood, pills boolean. Mood tracker and insights views. Research first.
