Expose token-auth API for calendar, lists, notes, and core entities.

Acceptance criteria

  • Token auth issues and validates API tokens
  • CRUD/read endpoints cover existing modules per ADR
  • Household scoping and permissions enforced
  • Documented for agent and external clients
