Epic: richer theming (per-dashboard/module backgrounds, accents) within next-themes + Tailwind.

Background / current behavior

Task 08 provides multi-theme + light/dark/system via CSS variables and users.theme / themeMode.

Expected behavior

More robust theming: per-dashboard and per-module-page background images/colors, accent choices, etc. Scope as epic — propose what is feasible with current next-themes + Tailwind before committing to specifics.
