Promote shopping beyond a plain list: auto-categorization, pantry staples, easy re-add.

Background / current behavior

Shopping is a default list type under the lists module. No pantry staples or auto-categorization.

Expected behavior

Dedicated shopping/pantry module: automatic item identification/categorization as items are added (may dogfood LLM/API from design #14 / #13), pantry staples tracking with easy re-add. Design before build.
