Stop notes content from overflowing horizontally on mobile viewports.

Parent epic: #7 Notes editor overhaul (shared rich-text component)

Acceptance criteria

  • Notes pages do not scroll horizontally on mobile
  • Long words, code, and rich content wrap or scroll within the content column
  • Closes or supersedes Gitea #5 when done
